Need a size or packing that is not listed?
Most items are made to order — send the specification and we will quote against it.
A first aid kit sells on the contents list and is judged on the case. We supply seven configurations — mini, home, car in two formats, workplace/ultimate, tactical trauma and pet — in hard cases, EVA pouches and soft bags, and build custom lists for distributors and own-brand programmes.
Six configurations to start from
The mini kit is a pocket or glovebox format. The home kit covers cuts, burns and a small spill. The car kit is built around a roadside scenario and includes a warning triangle and foil blanket where the market expects them. The ultimate/workplace kit scales the home content for a larger group. The tactical trauma kit carries haemostatic dressing, tourniquet and chest seal for responder use. The pet kit is built for veterinary first response rather than human use.
The case decides the price band
The same content list can be sold in a soft nylon bag, an EVA moulded pouch or a hard ABS case, and the case often costs more than the contents. We quote the content and the case separately so a customer can move a kit between price bands without re-specifying the contents.
Content lists and standards
Workplace kits are usually specified by a national standard that names the minimum contents and the case marking; vehicle kits by a different one. Tell us the market and the standard, and we build the list to it and print the required marking. Where no standard applies, we build from your own list.
Custom kits for distributors
Most of our kit volume is private label: your case, your logo, your content list, your language and your barcode. We can add a first aid guide booklet, a CPR mask, a foil blanket or a torch, and we supply a content list drawing for approval before production.
Assembly and traceability
Kits are assembled against a content list and checked by count and weight, with a sample opened per batch. Where sterile items go into the kit they carry their own batch and expiry, and the kit carton carries the assembly batch so a delivered kit can be traced back to its run.
