Carding, conversion, cleanroom packing and the sample room — filmed inside the Taizhou plant.
What the film shows, and what it does not
The clip follows one batch from the carding line to the packing bench: the cotton web coming off the card, the converting machines that cut and fold it into rolls, pads and balls, the cleanroom where the finished units are bagged, and the sample room where a customer's specification is matched before a production run starts.
Two stages are deliberately not in the film. Ethylene oxide sterilisation runs in a separate building with its own loading and aeration cycle, and filming inside an EO chamber is not something we will do for a marketing clip. Microbiological testing is the same: the plates are read in the lab, not on camera. If you need evidence of either, ask for the batch records — the EO cycle log and the bioburden results are issued with the shipment.
Filmed in 2026 at the Taizhou plant. The machines shown are the ones that run your order, not a show line kept for visitors.
