This is the line that turns a bundle of consumables into a procedure. Seven product families in polypropylene and medical film: kidney basins, trays, biohazard bags, plastic tweezers, sponge clean sticks, surgical scrub brushes and CPR masks — the items that hold, carry, cover or clean everything else.
Seven families, one purpose
Kidney basins at 500 ml and 700 ml in three weights; eight tray moulds from 27×19 cm to 11×7.8 cm; biohazard bags in red and yellow; plastic tweezers in ten moulds from 10.8 cm to 18 cm; foam sponge clean sticks at 13, 15 and 18 cm; surgical scrub brushes in dry, 4% CHG and 7.5%/10% PVP-I; and CPR masks in barrier and valved formats. Each family has its own page with the catalogue table.
Moulds, not commodities
A tray, a basin and a tweezer are all defined by a mould, and the mould decides whether the item holds its shape under load. We quote gram weight per piece and wall thickness alongside the price, because two items that look identical in a photo can differ by 40% in material — and the lighter one is the one that splits in a corridor.
Completing somebody else's pack
Most of these items are consumed inside a dressing pack, a first aid kit or a procedure tray. We supply them counted to your pack specification, and where a pack is new we match the content list to an existing mould rather than asking you to pay for a new tool. New moulds are quoted with tooling shown separately.
Single use, and the sterile question
All of this line is single use and supplied non-sterile, except the surgical brushes, which are EO sterilised and individually wrapped. Where a basin or a tweezer has to enter a sterile field it is packed inside the sterile dressing pack and sterilised with it — which is how theatres actually consume these items.
Consistency on repeat orders
A hospital contract runs for years and a change of weight or colour between batches is a complaint. We hold the mould and the approved sample for the life of the contract, and batch records trace a delivered carton back to its production run.
