Sterile cotton balls in 0.3 g, 0.5 g, 0.7 g, 1.0 g and 5.0 g, packed ten to a bag. The 0.3 g size is the one most clinics standardise on for injection sites and minor wounds.

The catalogue lists 15 specifications, from 0.3g/ball to 5.0g/ball. 0.3g/ball is packed 50 g/bag 12bags/ box 8boxes/ ctn and ships in a 560x400x550 mm carton; 5.0g/ball is packed 15 balls/bag 25bags/ctn in a 430x320x380 mm carton. Anything outside the table is made to order.
Where it is used
Clinics, dressing packs, dialysis kits and private-label cosmetic bags take most of this volume. If you assemble kits, the balls can be counted to your pack and the cartons marked with your kit code, which removes a counting station from your line.
What to confirm before ordering
Agree the gram weight and the bag fill before the first run: two suppliers quoting the same bag size can be 30% apart on cotton. Absorbency and whiteness are certified per batch in the analysis.
Ordering and documentation
Minimums depend on size and packing and are quoted per line. Trial quantities are accepted on standard items so you can approve the product before committing to a container, and sample freight is credited against the first order.
