The catalogue lists 10 specifications, from 5 gram to 1000 gram. 5 gram is packed 100 bags/ctn and ships in a 260 x 130 x160 mm carton; 1000 gram is packed 5 bags/ctn in a 580 x 510 x180 mm carton. Anything outside the table is made to order.
Where it is used
Clinics that draw cotton out a little at a time, and retail packs where the customer expects a tidy, resealable presentation. It is the same bleached cotton as our rolls, in a pleated pack.
What to confirm before ordering
Pleating hides defects that a flat roll would show, so each batch is checked for continuous length, even thickness and doubled folds. Ask for the batch analysis with the sample.
Ordering and documentation
Minimums depend on size and packing and are quoted per line. Trial quantities are accepted on standard items so you can approve the product before committing to a container, and sample freight is credited against the first order.
