Product overview
Sizes, packing and carton
The catalogue lists 10 specifications, from 25 gram to 4000 gram. 25 gram is packed 200 roll/ctn and ships in a 370 x 230 x370 mm carton; 4000 gram is packed 6 roll/ctn in a 910 x 310 x450 mm carton. Anything outside the table is made to order.
Where it is used
Ward trolleys, first aid kits and pharmacy shelves. The light rolls go into kits and retail packs; the heavy rolls are cut to length at a hospital store room, which is cheaper per gram but needs a clean handling area.
What to confirm before ordering
A tightly wound roll tears cleanly but releases less fibre; a lofted roll is softer but sheds. Tell us the end use and we send the matching sample rather than the cheapest gram price.
Ordering and documentation
Private label and counted-to-pack supply are both standard: bags can be marked with your kit code so the goods go straight to your line instead of through a counting station.
