The card is the regulated part
For a first aid kit sold into the EU the instruction leaflet is part of the product, not decoration: it has to carry the sequence in the language of the country of sale. Supplying the mask with a printed card in Dutch, English, French and German reduces the relabelling a distributor has to do before the kit goes on a shelf.
What can be printed
Card artwork, bag print and carton mark are all customisable from 10,000 bags, which is also the minimum for a private-label run. Send the artwork and the languages and the card is quoted with the mask rather than added after.
Colour and material
The mask is PP film with a one-way valve, supplied clear as standard; a blue film is produced on request. Both take the same EO cycle and the same three-year shelf life.
Ordering and documents
Each shipment carries a COA, MSDS and the technical file for the batch. Send the size, the packing and the destination port and the quotation is returned with the carton dimensions.
