Product overview
A white plastic procedure tray for dressings, instruments or an emesis episode: three sizes in the range, smooth interior for wiping, stacking rim so a stack stays aligned on a trolley. Class I, CE.
Why the shape and not just the size
A dressing trolley needs a tray that holds a soaked swab without tipping and can be wiped between patients. The rounded interior of this mould does both; the flat rim is what lets one tray stack on the next without jamming when the stack gets warm.
Class I, and what that buys the buyer
A Class I CE marking means the tray is a non-invasive device with no measuring function: it does not need a notified body, but the technical file and the declaration still have to exist. That file is what a distributor asks for when the tray is packed into a dressing kit that itself carries a CE mark.
Freight is volume, not weight
At 21 x 8 x 5 cm and 0.1 kg per unit pack, a full container cubes out long before it weighs out. MOQ is 10,000 bags because the trays are nested and the carton is specified against the nesting count, not against a weight limit.
Ordering and documents
Each shipment carries a COA, MSDS and the technical file for the batch. Send the size, the packing and the destination port and the quotation is returned with the carton dimensions.
