What to confirm before ordering
Approve the layout drawing, not just the content list: the order items are packed in is what makes a pack usable on a trolley. Every pack is reconciled by count and weight.
Ordering and documentation
The ISO 13485 certificate, the CE/FDA file and a certificate of analysis for the batch are supplied before you place the order, not after. If a document is missing from the pack, say so and we will send it.
