Sold as a shell, filled to order
The body, the tip and the print are the product; what goes inside is specified by the buyer. That is why the same applicator appears under iodine, chlorhexidine and plain saline programmes without changing the tooling.
Square or round tip
A square tip covers an area in a single pass and gives a straight edge, which suits a surgical field. A round tip is for a puncture site or a narrow area where a square head wastes solution.
Print is the differentiator
Silk-screen printing on a cylindrical PP body is what turns a generic applicator into a branded one. Because the print runs on the body before filling, artwork has to be approved with the first order, not after.
Ordering and documents
Each shipment carries a COA, MSDS and the technical file for the batch. Send the size, the packing and the destination port and the quotation is returned with the carton dimensions.
