A 21.6 x 18.3 x 11.4 cm MOLLE IFAK with the tourniquet, folded splint and chest seals on the outside of the panel: 24 line items, built to be opened and used without unpacking the whole bag.
Built around a folded splint
The 36-inch folded splint and the 6-inch trauma bandage set the pouch dimensions; everything else is packed around them. That is why the IFAK is 18.3 cm tall rather than the 15 cm of the survival pouch.
Two chest seals, one NPA
Two non-vented chest seals are supplied because a casualty with one penetrating chest wound often has more than one. The single NPA at 28 Fr is the size that covers most adults; a kit that ships two sizes usually ships one too small to use.
Forty alcohol pads
The consumable count is high on purpose. An IFAK that is opened once for a small injury has to be restocked from the same pouch, and alcohol pads are the first thing to run out.
Ordering and documents
Each shipment carries a COA, MSDS and the technical file for the batch. Send the size, the packing and the destination port and the quotation is returned with the carton dimensions.
