Two kits in one pouch
The panel layout separates a shelter-and-fire layer from a dressing layer. That is deliberate: a buyer walking a trail wants the plasters without unpacking the fire rope, and a buyer using the pouch in a vehicle wants the opposite.
The quantities are the tell
Sixty adhesive bandages against one burn dressing and two wound dressings says what this kit is: a long-trip pouch where blisters, cuts and grazes are the daily event and a serious burn is not.
What to declare at customs
The knife and the fire starter are the two items that make this kit restricted in some destinations, and both are the reason a survival kit is shipped as a component set rather than as a sealed retail pack. Check the destination before the carton is marked.
