A 33 x 10 x 10 cm roll-top waterproof pouch with a first aid set packed into sleeves: scissors, triangular bandage, gauze and plasters on one side, compass, fishing set, fire starter and wire saw on the other.
Why roll-top and not zip
A zip pouch leaks along the teeth; a roll-top seals by folding and buckling, which is the format that survives a wet pack, a canoe or a wet-season vehicle. At 33 x 10 x 10 cm it also stands up in a pocket of a rucksack instead of collapsing to the bottom.
Sleeves instead of loose contents
The set is organised into stitched sleeves, so the dressing side and the outdoor side do not mix in transit. It costs a little more to make than a loose bag and it is the reason the kit can be used one-handed.
The colour range
Five pouch colours are shown on the catalogue page. Colour is a print decision rather than a stock decision — the pouch is ordered against the artwork, so a mixed-colour carton has to be specified at order, not picked later.
Ordering and documents
Each shipment carries a COA, MSDS and the technical file for the batch. Send the size, the packing and the destination port and the quotation is returned with the carton dimensions.
