Why single pack, not bulk
A bulk carton of brushes is opened at the scrub sink and the rest sits exposed for the day. An EO-sterilised brush in its own bag can be dropped onto a sterile field or added to a procedure pack, which is the reason the sterile format exists alongside the dry brush.
Sponge on top, bristles underneath
The sponge holds the antiseptic and spreads it; the PP bristles do the mechanical work under the nail and between the fingers. The nail cleaner at one end is the part that fails first in cheaper brushes: it is moulded with the base, so it cannot detach and be left under a nail.
One mould, four antiseptic options
The same brush is supplied dry, with 4% chlorhexidine, or with 7.5% / 10% povidone-iodine. The colour of the sponge follows the antiseptic, which is what lets a theatre store tell them apart without reading the bag.

Each shipment carries a COA, MSDS and the technical file for the batch. Send the size, the packing and the destination port and the quotation is returned with the carton dimensions.
