Sizes, packing and carton
The catalogue lists 10 specifications, from 5 gram to 1000 gram. 5 gram is packed 100 bags/ctn and ships in a 260 x 130 x160 mm carton; 1000 gram is packed 5 bags/ctn in a 580 x 510 x180 mm carton. Anything outside the table is made to order.
Where it is used
Clinics that draw cotton out a little at a time, and retail packs where the customer expects a tidy, resealable presentation. It is the same bleached cotton as our rolls, in a pleated pack.
What to confirm before ordering
Pleating hides defects that a flat roll would show, so each batch is checked for continuous length, even thickness and doubled folds. Ask for the batch analysis with the sample.

Inner bags, boxes and cartons can be printed with your artwork, barcode and language. We supply a PDF proof and hold the plates, so a repeat order looks like the first one.
