Export sales · Taizhou Rich Medical Products Co., Ltd.
I answer the enquiries that arrive from outside China: the distributor in Rotterdam who needs
20,000 dental rolls, the kit packer in Texas who wants cotton counted per pack, the brand owner
in Sydney who needs the artwork approved before Chinese New Year. Every note on this blog comes
out of that work — a question a buyer asked, answered once properly so the next buyer does not
have to ask it again.
My day is spent between the sales desk in Taizhou and the production floor: confirming a
specification against the drawing, checking a packing list against the carton dimensions in our
catalogue, chasing a certificate of analysis before a container is released. When you send a
specification to Rich Medical, it reaches me first, and I either quote it or tell you honestly
that we cannot make it.
I write about what the documents actually say — absorbency, gram weights, sterilisation
methods, carton cube, what an ISO 13485 certificate covers and what it does not. If a claim in
one of these notes does not match the certificate in front of you, write to me and I will
correct the note.
